TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“AGREEMENT” OR “TERMS OF USE”) CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE WEBSITE.  By using this website in any manner, including but not limited to visiting or browsing the Site, you (the “user” or “you”) agree to these Terms and Conditions.  This Agreement applies to all users and customers.

 

  • Password And Security

    The security of your personal information is important to us.  Your account information is protected by a password.  It is important that you protect against unauthorized access of your account and information by choosing your password carefully, and keeping your password and computer secure by signing out after using our site.

     

     

    When you purchase something from Ribbons & Supplies, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.  This information is protected behind a secure firewall.

     

    You are responsible for all activity, liability and damage resulting from your failure to maintain password confidentiality.  You also agree that Ribbons & Supplies cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your password secure.

 

  • Account Information

    You must keep your account information up-to-date and accurate at all times, including valid name, email and shipping address.  If at any point you forget your password, it is simple to reset it safely through an email request.

 

  • Acceptance

    The customer will be deemed to have received, inspected and accepted goods as satisfactory and complete in all respects unless written notice of any alleged damage or shortage is received by Ribbons & Supplies of any goods supplied.  The invoice in respect of the goods or products will be sent by email, mail (or included with the shipment) by us as soon as practical.

 

  • Returns And Cancellations

    Ribbons & Supplies shall be given every right to examine goods subject of complaint, at our premises.  Subject to receipt of notice, we may at its option either replace, or make up or repair any goods accepted by us as being incomplete or damaged or may refund the price or give credit.

     

    The amount of credit, that may be allowed in respect of goods cancelled or returned due to customer error (if accepted) is at the discretion of Ribbons & Supplies.  This refund will be credited to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after the return is received in new condition.  We will assume responsibility for their own errors.  The customer shall be responsible for the packing, shipping and maintenance in respect of all goods that are returned to us for any reason.  If original packaging is in good condition, “Return To Sender” may be marked and shipped postal. This is a free way to return an order to us.  Shipping costs will not be refunded, unless it was our error.

     

     

    In no circumstances will Ribbons & Supplies be liable or under any duty whatsoever for goods which have been damaged or used after risk has passed to the customer.  Risk in respect of goods shall pass upon delivery to the customer or to the carrier if the customer arranges transport.

 

  • Shipping And Delivery

    Estimated delivery dates are given in good faith but are not binding.  Ribbons & Supplies shall not in any event be liable for delay or failure to make delivery of any goods due to circumstances beyond its control.  Including incorrect address, post office mistakes, insecure mail boxes, prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, armed conflict, war, rebellion, strikes, lock-outs, break-down of plant or government or other laws regulations rules or decrees.

     

    Shipping labels are printed from either our website, or paypal.  It is your responsiblity to ensure both are accurate at all times.  Customer will be responsible for the full cost and receiving even if they give a wrong ship to address and say they want another because the product was not delivered or received.  The customer or dealer assumes all responsibility for merchandise shipped.  Ribbons & Supplies will not be responsible for the inability of the foreign postal service for failure to deliver such merchandise.

 

  • Damaged Merchandise

    All merchandise should be checked immediately for damage upon arrival.  When damaged goods are returned they must be in the original package or packed to prevent further damage.  We keep customer satisfaction as our upmost goal, and will do our best in all circumstances, to resolve any problems.

 

  • Indemnity

    Ribbons & Supplies will not be responsible for damage or losses, direct or indirect, arising from any cause whatsoever, nor for damage caused by influences including modifications, improper use, maintenance, careless handling or lack of supervision.  Ribbons & Supplies assumes no responsibility for the suitability of the intended use of its products or those of other manufactures.  By purchasing from us, you the buyer, assumes all responsiblity.

 

  • Prices

    Prices are subject to alteration at any time.  Products are sold at prices in effect at the time the order is taken.  We reserve the right to change prices without notice when necessary.

 

  • Payment

    Payments are made securely with Paypal, and card information is never shared with us.  Ribbons & Supplies shall be entitled to treat the relevant contract or any other contract with the customer as having been terminated by the customer and to claim damages for breach of contract accordingly.  Under no circumstances will products be shipped until payment has been cleared.

 

  • Warranties

    All conditions and warranties, whether expressed or implied, and whether arising by statute, custom of the trade or at common law are excluded.  Ribbons & Supplies shall not be liable for loss of profit, injury, damage or any consequential or special loss or damage sustained by the customer howsoever arising.

 

  • Changes to Terms and Conditions

    Review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and changes to our website.  It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
